New style feature: icon scaling

Hey, folks! Recently, ninetydegrees did a lot of work on adding another standardized feature to our core2 style: adjustable comment and entry icon sizes. It should now be available in every style except Zesty.

You can find it in the presentation section of theme customization under the label "Select the size of icons". Full is at 100%, Small is at 75%, and Smaller is at 50%.

I'll also note that I've updated my Prototype Dreamwidth Style Browser--it now includes all 380 themes of the 26 different layouts.

Thank you for this...I had set my icons to be smaller in my CSS, but because they're not scaled but defined as absolute width/height I could never use my non-square icons on my own journal. Nice enhancement.

Can someone help you update this to include the styles from the most recent code push, or would it take more time to explain how to update than to do the update yourself?
